Completion of the Fellowship doesn't end when you receive
your degree. The most exciting part of becoming a Fellow is that every
Fellow has the opportunity to work for one year in a participating
CIRLA Library.
All Fellows will be encouraged to take advantage of this career-making
opportunity to work in one of the nation's most prestigious institutions.
The positions will be available upon graduation from library school
and completion of the Fellows Program, and will be a one-year, paid,
professional position.
Each Fellow is guaranteed a post-MLS placement.
These positions are designed to help you jump-start an already promising
career in the profession, giving you the much-needed first-year work
experience as a building block to a bright and successful career.
